twenty six years later

and because i didn't go outside the house at all yesterday - it was a blustery, unexpected dump of snow again - or get on the computer, i'm just posting now about the anniversary of Zoot's death. March 23, 1985 - an awful day, forever.
Here's the back of my CD 'Zootcase', with the songs I wrote about him, and also the CD cover leaning up against the actual zootcase that i used in the show.

A beautiful soul he was, still alive in this world through his music.

so we had a lot of fun; BB throws a great party, with interesting guests, great food, a grand piano, and our little quartet providing la musique.
